| Furick Markout Pro Mandrel bend system is the industries First all in 1 Patent Pending system that allows the user to make accurate and repeatable cut lines on your mandrel bends ranging from 3/4 inch to 4 inch in diameter in all Centerline radiuses from 1D up to 7 inch. This system works around a Dial compensator system in which the user turns the dial to the desired Diameter of tube and then lines up the arrow on the Board with the correct Centerline Radius dimension the mandrel bend is manufactured with on the Scale. The Stainless steel Markout Cards will align with the desired degree and the User will then mark the cutline . Its super simple and will repeat . This Tool is a must have to shops that do a lot of work with bends and even more with shops that desire to Fixture parts for production. There are so many ways to cut tubing and I leave that up to the shop . For years we have used an Abrasive Chopsaw to cut all out mandrel bends being its the fastest and we still have to Sand the edges anyway , So our recommendation is to invest in good sanding equipment in order to make the best use of your Time .
